March Greeting!

Hello all!
I hope you are finding this blog "thing" helpful! Welcome to the month that contains the first day of Spring! We have so much to be thankful for and leaving winter behind will be a big one for me! We have some great things happening around here. Our new ultra sound machine (provided by Focus on the Family) will arrive within the next week. Glory! The other machine will probably go to the Grand Haven center and the reproduction of sonograms will begin at the satellite centers.
During the site visit we had from FOCUS it was recommended that we make changes in some of our procedures, charting, lobby etc. We will be holding an in-service very soon to cover these changes and get you all up to speed. You will be hearing from me soon with dates for that in-service. It will, by the way, be a mandatory meeting and we will offer a couple different times to help make it easier to attend. Mid Month News

It is February 12 and we have had a representative from Focus on the Family here for the past couple of days. She is evaluating the center as we have applied for a new ultra sound machine from Focus. She has been going through the center with a fine toothed comb and has made a few recommendations for us. I mention this because we will be trying to implement these alterations soon. Some of the areas include: charting, magazines, client care, legal obligations for reporting, etc.
We always want to be the best we can be for the Lord and for our clients. Please watch for these changes. The good news is it looks as though we WILL BE getting the ultra sound within the next 6 to 8 weeks! Glory! Talk to you all soon. Watch for the new calendar.
